Our services

  • A very comprehensive and methodical assessment of the risks that can prevail in a particular environment or during a specific event, such as:

  • A large-scale event in which the risk of civil unrest is possible or expected

  • A corporate acquisition in a foreign country or in an environment unfamiliar to the company

  • The complete or partial closing of a company or facility

  • The announcement of extensive lay-offs

  • The relocation of corporate assets to another site or country

  • A financial or operational take-over under tense or unfavourable circumstances

  • A shareholders’ assembly during adverse conditions

  • A labour dispute - strike or lock-out

  • Massive pressure exercised by the media on the company in the aftermath of a major event or incident

  • Detailed recommendations on all security measures and other precautions required to reduce the risk of incident during the event.

  • On-location professional guidance, coordination and/or supervision of all security measures during the event.

    Methodology

    Our Risk & Threat Assessment report encompasses seven key elements:

    1.  

    A concentric security assessment of the country, the state/province and the region or city (when required).

    2.  

    An analysis of recognized local threats such as the presence of terrorist groups and any recent history of terrorist attacks.

    3.  

    A physical security assessment of the relevant facilities such as hotels, private residences, corporate offices, satellite sites, as well as manufacturing, warehousing and/or distribution facilities.

    4.  

    A review of the company's Emergency Plan.

    5.  

    Personal security awareness training.

    6.  

    Advance Security Planning for local travel, outings, meetings, dinners, etc.

    7.  

    Arrangements for close protection, drivers and enhanced-security vehicles (when the prevailing level of risk warrants it).
