Our services

Outsourcing the selection of a supplier of security guards may be a valuable option when:

  • Independent advice and guidance on how to select the appropriate supplier of security guards;

  • Complete outsourced management of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for guard services.

    Scope

    We can provide one or all of the following elements:

    A detailed definition of all the security guard requirements, including hiring qualifications (academic background, work experience, permits/licenses and certifications), job-related aptitudes and skills, and personal profile;

    A methodical and independent performance appraisal of your current supplier (if applicable), using established metrics;

    The preparation of all the tender documents part of the Request for Proposals:

  • Letter of invitation

  • General instructions to the bidders

  • Conditions governing the RFP

  • Administrative requirements

  • Operational requirements

  • Procedures, duties and responsibilities

  • Site-specific information

    The release/publication of the RFP in selected printed and/or electronic media;

    5.  

    Presence and guidance during the site visit;

    6.  

    The preparation and dissemination of RFP addenda, if required;

    7.  

    Participation in the selection committee, if applicable;

    8.  

    A thorough verification of the references provided by the proponents, using our uniform and very objective method;

    9.  

    A detailed analysis of all proposals submitted;

    10.  

    Comprehensive recommendations (with rationale) and presentation to the selection committee;

    11.  

    The conception of a Service Agreement.
